摘要 开放大学是新型办学实体,在教学、人才培养、学术研究等方面与普通高校存在差异。科研能力作为考量教师学术能力的重要标准之一,对于实施教授治学有着重要的影响。通过对北京、上海、天津三所开放大学教师科研论文发表情况的分析,发现教师存在科研意识不强、专业知识不足、团队协作缺乏的现象,应通过有效途径增强教师科研工作意识,帮助教师加强科研创新能力,在广泛合作的基础上,形成有效的科研团队,建立健全考评机制,为教授治学的开展搭建坚实基础。 An open university,as a new educational entity,is different from the regular colleges and universities in teaching,talent cultivation,and academic research.The capacity for scientific research,as one of important standards to test the teacher's academic competence,is very important to the professor's scholarship.Through the analysis on research paper publishing conditions of the teachers from three open universities respectively in Beijing,Shanghai,and Tianjin,it is discovered that the teachers have a weak consciousness of scientific research,insufficient professional knowledge,and a poor team spirit,and therefore,it is required to enhance the teachers' consciousness of scientific research and help the teachers to strengthen the research and innovation capacity through effective ways,form an effective scientific research team on the basis of broad cooperation,and establish and perfect the evaluation mechanism,so as to lay a firm foundation for the development of professor's scholarship.
