高职院校开设BIM信息化课程的应用研究

Research on Application of BIM Information-based Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型)技术在近年来的发展以及BIM技术声势在建筑行业的不断壮大,使得一些建筑类高职院校急需开设BIM类课程,让毕业生在踏入工作岗位的时候掌握更多的建筑应用技术,适应最前沿企业要求。通过在学校开设的BIM信息化课程的应用实践发现了若干问题,提出相应改进措施和变革相应的教学手段和方法,为学生在建筑工程后期的运营维护做好坚实的基础,更是适应现在企业对员工的需求和发展提高自身硬件水平。搭建BIM信息平台的基础教育工作任重道远,只有结合中国目前建筑业的实际情况,认真学习,精于实践,勇于探索,坚持创新,才能尽快完成实用型人才和创新型人才的综合体现。

With the development of BIM（Building Information Modeling）technology as well as the expansion of influence of BIM technology in construction industry in recent years,some higher vocational colleges of architecture have become urgent to open BIM courses,so that the graduates can grasp more construction application technologies when they join in work,to cater to the cutting-edge enterprise requirements.Through the application practice of BIM information-based courses opened in schools,some problems have been discovered,and this paper presents the corresponding improvement measures and reforms in teaching means and methods,which has laid a firm foundation for students in the operation maintenance work in the later stage of constructional engineering,and adapted to the demands of modern enterprises for employees to improve their hardware level.It is an arduous task and takes a long term to build a BIM information platform.Only by conscientiously studying,proficiently practicing,bravely exploring,and insisting on innovation in combination with the actual situation of construction industry of China now,can the comprehensive reflection of practical talents and creative talents be completed as soon as possible.
