研发溢出与人力资本对全要素生产率的影响——来自中国省际面板数据的经验分析

The Impact of R&D Spillovers and Human Capital on TFP— An Empirical Analysis Based on the Provincial Panel Data in China

文章在建立联系供给端两大要素(研发活动和人力资本)与全要素生产率的空间杜宾模型基础上,基于2002-2013年中国30个省(区、市)面板数据,分别采用地理距离和经济距离空间权重矩阵,实证检验研发溢出和人力资本对TFP增长的影响。结果表明:两种空间权重矩阵下,以R&D间接效应衡量的研发溢出和人力资本的直接效应均对TFP增长产生显著正向作用;经济距离权重矩阵下,人力资本对TFP增长产生正向空间溢出效应。因此,为促进生产率长期增长,应积极构建区域创新合作体系,并努力提升人力资本水平以增强技术转化吸收能力。

The author establishes two key elements（RD and human capital）of the supply side and total factor productivitybased on the spatial Durbin model and the 2002-2013 of China＇s 30 provinces（regions and municipalities）Panel data activi-ties and human capital）,using geographical and economic distances spatial weight matrix. The model empirically tests RDSpillovers and human capital on effect of TFP growth. Results indicate that under two kinds of spatial weight matrix,RD indi-rect effect measuring RD spillovers and the direct effects of human capital are a significant positive impact on TFP growth.Under the Economic distance weighting matrix,human capital to TFP growth produces positive spatial spillover effect. There-fore,in order to promote long-term growth in productivity,we should be actively constructing the regional innovation systemand strive to improve the level of human capital to enhance the absorptive capacity of the technology transfer.
