摘要
介绍了新型扇形钢支撑的构造和工作机理,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件,分别对普通钢节点、狗骨式节点及附设扇形钢支撑节点进行静力弹塑性分析,对比了三种节点的应力分布及塑性区发展过程,指出新型扇形钢支撑可有效减小节点附近的应力集中,在不削弱钢梁的情况下,使部分塑性区域转移至支撑,保证了节点及主要构件的安全性。
The new type of fan brace structure and working mechanism are introduced,an analysis model of general steel joint,dog-bone joint and the attached fan brace joint are developed by using software ABAQUS,the static elastoplastic analysis is used. Compare the stress distribution of the three kinds of joints and conclude that the new type of fan brace can effectively reduce the stress concentration near the joint. The plastic zone moved to brace in the case of not weaken the steel beam,and ensure the safety of main components and the joint.
