摘要
从施工前期、施工过程、竣工三个阶段,分析了施工各阶段现场签证管理的措施,总结了各工作环节的注意事项,提出了相关管理制度及方法的优化措施,从而提高签证工作的管理水平。
From the construction early stage,construction process,construction completed three stages,this paper analyzed the measures of construction each stage site visa management,summarized the matters needing attention of each work link,proposed the optimization measures of related management system and method,so as to improve the management level of visa work.
