体育类院校体育教育专业人才培养的思考——从国家教师资格考试制度的实施谈起

The Cultivation of Talents for Physical Education Majors in Sports Universities and Colleges——from Implementation of National Teacher Qualification Examination System

国家教师资格考试制度的实施是我国教师专业化发展的必然要求,而体育教师的职业准入也将随着国家教师资格考试制度的实施更加严格。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以国家教师资格考试制度的实施为切入点,分析了国家教师资格考试背景下体育类院校体育教育专业人才培养存在的问题:教育类课程在课程体系中的地位相对偏低,不利于学生专业素养的培育;教学活动中对学生教学技能的培养有待加强,学生的专业教学实践能力亟需提升;学生的专业"人文素养"与"基本能力"较为薄弱,相应的培育方式有待完善。在此基础上提出相应的策略:设置"体育教师职前教育"核心课程模块,加强学生专业素养的培育;强化学生运动技术与专项技能的培养,与中小学体育教学建立紧密联系,加强学生专业教学实践能力的培育;设置"通识教育类"必修课程模块,完善学生专业"人文素养"与"基本能力"的培育方式。

The implementation of the national teacher qualification examination system is inevitable requirement of the development of teacher professionalization,and physical education teachers＇ professional access will more stringent with the development of professionalization of teachers gradually. With methods of documents consultation,logical analysis,The paper taking the implementation of the national teacher qualification examination system as the starting point,analyzed problems of cultivation of talents for Physical education majors in sports universities and colleges under the background of professionalization of physical education teacher that educational courses in the curriculum system status is relatively low and it is not conducive to the cultivation of students＇ professionalism; Teaching activities for students teaching skills cultured need to be strengthened and students need to enhance the ability of teaching practice; Students have weak professional＂Humanities＂and＂basic skills＂and foster mode need to be perfected. On this basis,the paper puts forwards some countermeasures that establish＂pre-vocational education of physical education teachers＂core curriculum module to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ professionalism; enhance to cultivate students＇ sports technology and specialized skills and build closer ties with the teaching of physical education in primary and secondary schools to strengthen the cultivation in students＇ professional ability of teaching practice; establish general educational curriculum module to perfect foster mode of students＇ professional＂humanities＂and＂basic skills＂.
