志贺菌实验室快速分子检测与分析

Rapid detection and analysis in an outbreak of infectious diarrhea caused by Shigella spp

目的:探讨群体性感染性腹泻的发生病因。方法:采用试剂盒和多重PCR的方法进行快速检测。结果:核酸结果显示志贺菌阳性,ipaH毒力基因阳性。结论:此次感染是一起由志贺菌引起的痢疾暴发疫情,多重PCR方法相比传统细菌培养的方法更加快捷。

Objective：To analysis the cause of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea in Binxian County,Xianyang.Methods：Cultured according to the GB4789.5-2012,meanwhile Seeplex kit and the method of multiplex PCR was used for rapid detection.Results：Nucleic acid showed Shigella virulence gene positive ipaH positive.Conclusion：The outbreak was caused by Shigella spp.Seeplex and the multiplex PCR method compared with the traditional bacterial cultured method are more efficient.
