一种基于电流滞环控制的模块化多电平变流器调制策略 被引量:11

摘要 针对模块化多电平变流器(MMC)在中低压领域中的应用,提出一种改进型最近电平逼近(NLM)调制策略,调制策略中引入电流滞环控制环节对最近电平逼近调制结果进行修正,并分析了滞环环宽的设定。该调制策略实现简便,动态性能好,控制器计算量小。对传统NLM调制策略和该文提出的改进型NLM调制策略进行了仿真和试验对比。仿真和试验结果表明,该调制策略可明显改善输出电流波形的质量,具有良好的动态性能,实现了输出电流对参考电流的快速、精确跟踪。 An improved nearest level modulation (MLM) method is proposed in this paper, for modular multilevel converters ( MMC ) in low-voltage and medium-voltage application An current hysteresis controller is used to correct the differential current. The hysteresis band of the hysteresis controller was analyzed. The proposed modulation method has merits such as easy implementation, good dynamic performance, small calculation burden. Comparison between traditional NLM and improved NLM is presented in simulation and experiment. The results prove that the proposed method can effectively improve the quality of output current and follow the reference current accurately.
