中西药联合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori infection by the combination of Chinese and western medicine

目的:探讨荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者110例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予四联法治疗,治疗组患者给予荆花胃康胶丸(主要成分:土荆芥、水团花)联合四联疗法治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌根除情况、不良反应发生率及患者对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗组在临床总有效率、幽门螺杆菌根除率及不良反应发生情况方面均优于对照组。结论:荆花胃康胶丸联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Jinghua Weikang capsules with quadruple therapy clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of chronic gastritis and helicobacter pylori infection. Methods： Selected helicobacter pylori infection in patients with chronic gastritis of 110 cases as the object of study, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were treated with quadruple therapy, patients in the treatment group were given Jinghua Weikang capsule （the major component： Chenopodium ambrosioides, ADINA pilulifera） combined with quadruple therapy, than the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, helicobacter pylori eradication and adverse reaction rate and the satisfaction of patients for the treatment of. Results： In the treatment group, the clinical total effective rate, Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions ： Jinghua Weikang capsule combined with quadruple therapy for HP infection in chronic gastritis clinical curative effect is remarkable.
