基于中医临床适用性量表的健忘疗效评价研究

Study on the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of amnesia based on the clinical applicability scale of Chinese medicine

目的：运用中医临床适用性量表对健忘诊疗指南的临床疗效进行前瞻性调查。方法：参考中华中医药学会发布的中医临床健忘诊疗指南,在5家医院观察300例健忘患者,采用量表评价临床应用效果,评价中医临床诊疗水平。结果：调查发现指南的中医诊断符合率最高97.0%,西医诊断符合率最低87.3%。综合评价：总有效率96.3%,安全性评价：95.3%。经济性评价：经济比率：88.7%;技术水平、满意度、适用性方面评分均在主要集中于5-6分之间。结论：指南在中医诊断符合率、证候分类和调摄预防方面相对符合率较高,但仍存在一些应用上的缺陷,有待进一步修改完善。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the clinical efficacy of the treatment guidelines. Methods： Refer to the Chinese medicine institute of Chinese medicine pub-lished clinical guidelines for treatment, 300 cases of patients with amnesia in 5 hospitals, the use of scale evaluation of clinical application effect, evaluation of Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment level. Results：Guide TCM diag-nosis coincidence rate highest 97. 0 % , western medicine diagnosis with the lowest rate of 87. 3%. Comprehensive evalua-tion： total efficiency was 96. 3%, safety evaluation： 95. 3 %. Economic evaluation： economic ratio： 88. 7%, technology level,satisfaction, applicability score were mainly concentrated in between 5-6 points. Discussion： guide in TCM diagno-sis coincidence rate of syndrome classification and recuperating the prevention and relatively consistent with the higher rate,but there are still defects in some applications, which need to be further revised and improved.
