摘要 目的:研究比较飞天蜈蚣七不同极性部位提取物的抗炎、镇痛、抗疲劳和耐缺氧的活性。方法:分别采用二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀实验、角叉菜胶所致小鼠足肿胀实验、小鼠扭体法、热板法、负重游泳实验和常压耐缺氧实验对其抗炎、镇痛、抗疲劳、和耐缺氧活性进行研究。结果:飞天蜈蚣七提取物乙醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位均表现出不同程度的抗炎、镇痛、抗疲劳作用,尤其以正丁醇部位活性最为显著,而其各部位的耐缺氧活性均不高。结论:飞天蜈蚣七不同极性部位提取物均具有抗炎、镇痛、抗疲劳作用,其中正丁醇部位活性最强。 Objective: To study the anti-inflammation, analgesia, anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia activity of the different extracts from Aralia chinensis L. Methods: The pharmacological actions of anti-inflammation and analgesic were observed by xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, carrageenan-induced paw swelling in mice, acetic acid- induced writhing test and the hotplate test in mice. Meanwhile, the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effects were investigated by the load bearing swimming test and the hypoxia tolerance test respectively. Results: The ethanol extraction, ethyl acetate extraction and n-butanol extraction of Aralia chinensis L. all had anti-inflammation, analgesia and anti-fatigue effects. The n-butanol extraction had the most significant effect. The anti-hypoxia activity of all the different extracts was weak. Conclusion: The different extracts from Aralia chinensis L. all showed the anti-inflammation, analgesia and anti-fatigue effects. And the nbutanol extract had stronger activity.
