摘要
为解决高原环境下某轻型卡车冷却系统水温过高的问题,使用流体一维分析软件分析其在高原地区的冷却系统状态,计算冷却系统的许用环境温度,以及冷却系统各部件对热管理环境的贡献率;通过三维仿真与一维计算相结合的手段,对高原环境下的冷却系统提出优化方案.在海拔环境舱中进行的整车热平衡试验表明计算精度较高.
To solve the problem that the water temperature of the cooling system of a light truck is too high in plateau environment, a ID fluid analysis software is used to analyze its cooling system state in plateau region, the allowable ambient temperature of the cooling system is calculated, and the contribution rate of each cooling system component to thermal management is obtained. By combination of 3 D simulation with 1D calculation, an optimization scheme is proposed for the cooling system in plateau environment. The results of the whole vehicle thermal balance test in an altitude environment simulation laboratory indicate that the calculation accuracy is high.
