摘要
目的探讨针对性护理培训对提高初产妇对新生儿护理知识的效果。方法选取于2014-04—2015-04间住院分娩的108例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各54例。对照组采取常规护理培训,观察组采取针对性护理培训。以新生儿护理知识问卷评分、育儿自我效能量表评分作为效果观察指标,新生儿护理知识问卷分为产妇自我保健、新生儿护理及母乳喂养三个维度。育儿自我效能量表包括促进发育、健康照顾、安全、喂养四个维度。结果护理培训前,2组新生儿护理知识问卷评分,产妇自我保健、新生儿护理及母乳喂养评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理培训后,观察组新生儿护理知识问卷评分,产妇自我保健、新生儿护理及母乳喂养评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理培训前,2组育儿自我效能量表评分,促进发育、健康照顾、安全、喂养评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理培训后,观察组育儿自我效能量表评分,促进发育、健康照顾、安全、喂养评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初产妇对新生儿护理知识的认知程度较低,采取针对性护理培训的效果确切,比常规护理培训更有助于提高初产妇对新生儿护理知识的认知水平,改善育儿自我效能。
Objective To study the targeted nursing training to improve the effect of first-time mothers of newborn care knowledge. Methods Selected in April 2014 to April 2015,during the 108 cases hospitalized in our hospital childbirth primipara as the research object, random grouping;The control group and observation group of 54 cases;Control group take routine nursing training,observation group adopt tar-geted nursing training;With newborn care knowledge questionnaire scores,parenting self-efficacy scale score as effect observation indexes, newborn care knowledge questionnaire was divided into self care,newborn care and maternal breastfeeding three dimensions;Parenting self-ef-ficacy scale including promoting development,health care,security,feed four dimensions. Results Nursing before training,the control group and observation group of newborn care knowledge questionnaire scores,self care,newborn care and maternal breastfeeding score had no signifi-cant difference( P﹥0. 05);After nursing training,observation group newborn care knowledge questionnaire scores,self care,newborn care and maternal breastfeeding scores were significantly higher than that of control group( P﹤0. 05);Nursing before training,the control group and observation group of parenting self-efficacy scale score,promoting development,health care,safety,feeding score had no significant differ-ence( P﹥0. 05);After nursing training,observation group parenting self-efficacy scale score,promoting development,health care,safety, feeding scores were significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Mothers on newborn care knowledge of cognition degree is low,take the corresponding nursing training effect is exact,compared to conventional nursing training,more help to improve the level of first-time mothers on newborn care knowledge of cognition,improve the parenting self-efficacy.
