摘要
采用吹扫捕集富集地表水中六氯丁二烯,气相色谱-质谱联用法进行测定,内标标准曲线法定量。六氯丁二烯在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,当进样体积在5m L时,方法检出限为0.02μg/L,适用于地表水中六氯丁二烯的测定。本方法操作简便、准确度高、重现性好,分析过程中不使用有机试剂,不会对环境产生二次污染。
Thehexachlorobutadiene in surface water were extracted by purge and trap, and tested by gas chromatog-raphy -mass spectrometry, and quantified using internal standard quantitative standard curve method. The linear relationship of hexachlorobutadiene was good when its concentration was within a certain range. The detection limit was 0.02μg/L when sample volume was 5mL. The method was applicable in the determination of hexachlorobuta-diene in surface water. The method had the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy, and good reproducibili-ty. No organic reagent was used in the process, which avoided the secondary pollution.
