做好大学生就业工作,是当前就业领域的主要任务之一。在导致大学生就业难的诸多原因中,高等教育结构不能适应产业结构的变动,是大学生在劳动力市场中的供给和需求失衡的根源。由于长期以来投资结构的偏差,使得由此而形成的产业结构对劳动力的需求更多地集中在低端劳动力市场上,而对以大学生为主体的高素质劳动力却需求不足。这是导致了劳动力市场中大学生"就业难"以及农民工"招工难"这种"两难"局面并存的主因所在。高等教育结构中的高等职业教育不仅有数量不足的问题,更多地表现在质量不高方面。因此,要解决当前的大学生"就业难"的问题,除了要大力调整投资结构外,大力发展高等职业教育、努力提高高等职业教育的质量也是其中的必然选择。

College graduatesr job-hunting is one of the major tasks in current employment field. Of the various reasons of graduatesr difficulty in employment, higher education structure cannot adapt to the change of industrial structure is the root to make the supply and demand imbalance in the labor market. The long time investment structure deviation leads to the industrial structure, which calls for more demand the low-end labors, while less demand of college students as the main body of the higher quality labor force. This is the major cause of the “ dilemma” that leads to the labor market of college students “ difficulty in employment” and “ difficulty in recruitment” of rural migrant workers. The higher vocational education in higher education structure reflects not only the insufficient quantity, but also the poor quality. Therefore, we have to vigorously adjust the investment structure, develop the higher vocational education, and improve the quality of higher vocational education in order to solve the pilblem of the curvent college students＇ “ difficulty in employment”.
