摘要
目的探讨火龙果对衰老模型小鼠血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性以及对丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法设立衰老模型组、火龙果皮组、火龙果肉组和正常对照组,每组12只小鼠列入统计分析,衰老模型小鼠每天分别给予火龙果的果皮和果肉(100 g·kg-1·d-1)喂养,40 d后处死小鼠,取血清及肝脏测定GSH-Px、SOD活性和MDA含量。结果与衰老模型组比较,火龙果皮组、火龙果肉组小鼠血清中的GSH-Px活性显著增高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);火龙果皮组、火龙果肉组小鼠肝脏中SOD的活性显著增高(P<0.01),火龙果肉组MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论火龙果具有增强抗氧化酶活性而发挥抗氧化作用。
Objective To explore the effect of hylocereus undatus on the activity of GSH-Px ( glutathione peroxidase) and SOD ( superoxide dismutase) as well as on content of MDA ( malondialdehyde) in the serum and liver of aging model mice.Methods Aging model group,hylocereus undatus peel group,hylocereus undatus pulp group and control group were es-tablished in this study with 12 hylocereus undatus in each group.The aging model group were fed with hylocereus undatus peel and pulp ( 100g·kg^-1·d^-1) each day.And then,mice were killed alter feeding for 40 days to detect activity of GSH-Px, SOD and content of MDA in the serum and liver.Results Compared with the aging model group,the activity of GSH-Px in the serum of the hylocereus undatus peel group and hylocereus undatus pulp group increased significantly (P〈0.01) ,but the MDA content decreased significantly (P〈0.05 or 〈0.01) .In addition,the activity of SOD in the liver of the hylocereus unda-tus peel group and hylocereus undatus pulp group increased significantly( P〈0.01) ,the MDA content in the liver of hylocer-eus undatus pulp decreased significantly( P〈0.05) .Conclusion Hylocereus undatus can enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity, which plays the role of antioxidation.
