运动康复训练对脑瘫患儿神经智力及运动功能发育的影响分析

Analysis of effect of motor rehabilitation training on mental and motor function in children with cerebral palsy

目的 探讨运动康复训练对脑瘫患儿神经智力及运动功能发育的影响。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年12月治疗的116例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表将其分成两组,对照组58例,给予包括推拿、理疗、针灸、高压氧、药物等在内的常规康复治疗,观察组58例在对照组治疗基础上给予患儿运动康复训练,由康复治疗师依据患儿具体情况制定针对性运动康复训练计划。比较两组患儿治疗前后神经智力及粗大运动功能发育状况。采取Gesell发展量表对患儿的神经智力发育水平进行评估,采取88项粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM-88）对患儿的粗大运动功能进行评定。结果 两组治疗后发育商（DQ）值均较治疗前有显著上升（P〈0.05或0.01）,但观察组上升更为明显（P〈0.01）。两组治疗后GMFM-88评分均较治疗前有显著上升（P〈0.05或0.01）,但观察组上升更为明显（P〈0.05）。结论 在常规康复治疗基础上,给予脑瘫患儿运动康复训练有助于提高患儿的神经智力及运动功能发育水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of exercise rehabilitation training on mental and motor function of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 116 children with cerebral palsy, who were treated from Januaiy,2014 to December, 2015, were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 58 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy included massage,physiotherapy,acupuncture,hyper-baric oxygen,drugs,etc.and based on which the observation group were given exercise rehabilitation training.Targeted exercise rehabilitation training plan was fonnulated by rehabilitation physician according to conditions of the children. And then neural intelligence and gross motor function development before and alter treatment were compared between the two groups, and Gesell development scale and 88 items of Gross Motor Function Measure （ GMFM-88） were earned out to assess patients5 nerve intelligence developmental level and gross motor function measure, respectively. Results After treatment, development quotient （DQ） values of both groups significantly increased（ P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,and the observation group increased more signifi-cantly （ P〈0.01） .In addition,GMFM-88 scores of the two groups significantly increased（P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,but that of the observation group increased more significantly（ P〈0.05） .Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, rehabili-tation training for children with cerebral palsy can help improve the level of nen^e intelligence and motor function development.
