血管内皮细胞生长因子对胃癌树突状细胞作用的研究进展

摘要 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来其发生率与死亡率趋势有所增加[1]。胃癌的发病率及死亡率严重威胁人类健康,因此对胃癌早期诊断及探索新的辅助疗法成为科学研究的重点。树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)可通过诱导免疫应答或者免疫耐受对宿主免疫反应起着关键调节作用。
