文化传统视野下地方本科院校转型发展的困境

The Plight of the Transformation and Development of the Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Cultural Tradition

中国文化传统长期受"重文轻技""学而优则仕""劳心者治人,劳力者治于人"等思想的影响。我国地方本科院校转型过程中存在着角色冲突、理念失序、固守成规、以分定级,思维定势、利益权衡,路径依赖、制度制约等问题。文章在分析这些问题的基础上为地方本科院校转型发展提出了准确定位、彰显特色,嬗变观念、积极实践,柔性引智、进走结合,路径创新、建立品牌等建议。

Under the influence of chinese cultural traditions including ＂Prefer art to skill＂,＂Officialdom is the natural outlet for good scholars＂,＂Mental labors govern while manual labors are governed＂,local undergraduate colleges and universities come across many problems during the course of transformation and development.The problems include role confliction,theory order,adhering to disciplines blindly,setting status by scores exclusively,rigid thought pattern,balancing stake-holders,Path-Dependence,institution restriction,etc.Based on the analysis of these problems,suggestions were given to promote the transformation and development of local colleges and universities.They should set their position accurately and demonstrate their special character,update their ideas and turn them into practice actively,inducing talents flexibly and combine the inducing and exiting at the same time,innovate developing path and building their own brand.
