摘要
本研究诠释了共享型领导模式的基本内涵,从哲学认识论以及实践论的视角分析了高校教师团队自省中共享型领导模式"何以必要",并从任务结构、人员结构以及环境结构等"三维一体"生态模式解析高校教师团队自省中共享型领导"如何可能"。最后,文章从创设共享型领导培训与发展的生态共同体,建立与共享型领导相匹配的激励制度体系,构建共享领导力提升的增权赋能履责机制,搭建共享型领导的信息化平台以及培植适合共享型领导模式发展的团队文化等方面构建高校教师团队自省中共享型领导模式发展的保障路径。
This study explained the basic connotation of shared leadership model,analyzed why this model is"necessary"in the process of teacher team reflexivity in colleges and universities from the perspective of philosophical epistemology and practice,and also parsed how it is able to "possible"from the three-dimensional integrated ecomodels of task structure,personnel structure and environment structure.Finally,the study constructs supportive paths to promote the development of shared leadership model in the process of teacher team reflexivity through building the ecological community of training and development of shared leadership,establishing incentive system which is well-matched with shared leadership,constructing the mechanism of empowerment and enabling for shared leadership,setting up the information platform of shared leadership and cultivating the suitable team culture for shared leadership model.
