随着“走出去”“走进去”国家战略的实施,众多的国内电建公司承接到国外电站项目,尤其是‘一带一路’上的优质项目.本文以哈萨克斯坦冬季高寒地带进行的水压试验为实际案例进行注意事项的论述以及关键点的安排,为类似的项目执行提供参考.
