建筑施工企业安全管理的人文环境构建策略研究

Strategy Research on Humanistic Environment Establishment of Construction Enterprises' Safety Management

为构建和谐安全化的建筑施工人文环境,在分析人文环境构建所面临的主要困境的基础上,分别从建筑施工企业的安全文化建设应突出以人为本的科学发展理念,建筑施工企业的安全教育应注重员工的自我安全管理能力培育,建筑施工企业的安全管理者应更加注重自身的安全素养建设等三个方面进行了较为详细的策略阐述。

To establish a harmonious and safe humanistic environment for the building-construction, and based on the analysis of the humanistic environment establishment faced with principal dilemma, it respectively conducts detailed strategy interpretation from the following three aspects： the safety culture establishment of construction enterprises should highlight the people-oriented scientific development conception, the safety education of construction enterprises should emphasize employees＇ own safety management capability cultivation and the safety managers of construction enterprises should pay more attention to their own safety accomplishment building.
