深厚富水软岩井筒普通法转冻结法施工关键技术

摘要 我国西部地区煤炭资源埋藏条件基本上以岩层为主,上部松散层较浅,很多埋藏浅的井筒采用普通法基本能够完成建设任务,但埋藏较深的煤炭资源的井筒建设,由于工程地质、水文地质条件复杂,部分井筒在采用普通法施工到含水层厚度较大的洛河组一定深度时,无法控制井筒涌水,只得被迫淹井而停止施工,而转用冻结法继续施工。本文主要介绍西部地区具有代表性的深厚富水软岩井筒普通法转冻结法施工的关键技术,技术主要包含冻结施工方案设计、冻结孔施工及堵漏技术、水文孔设计及施工、冻结壁快速交圈技术、已有井壁保护措施、节能降耗等,通过具体项目的成功实施,为今后类似工程的施工提供了成功的可借鉴经验。 In the western region of China, the coal resources are mainly rock strata, the upper loose layer is shallow, and many buried shallow well shafts are basically complete construction tasks with conventional method. But for the shaft construction of deep buried coal resources, due to the complex engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions, part of shaft construction containing Luohe water layer thickness larger at certain depth cannot control the mine shaft by conventional method, has to force submergence and stop construction, and continue the construction by freezing method. This paper mainly introduces the key technology of conventional method to freezing method construction of the deep water rich soft rock shaft in the west of China. Technology mainly includes the design of freezing construction scheme, freezing hole construction and plugging technology, the design and construction of hydrological hole, the fast lap technology of freezing wall, the protective measures of shaft lining, saving energy and reducing energy consumption, etc. Through the successful implementation of specific projects, it can provide a successful experience for the future construction of similar projects.
