建筑室外散水质量不仅影响工程观感质量,甚至影响到建筑功能性要求,本文以天马风情线湖滨壹号项目为出发点,阐述了散水可能出现的几种质量问题,并对质量问题进行了分析,提出了治理措施。

Building outdoor water apron quality not only affects the visual quality, but also even affects the building functional requirements. Based on Tianma Style·Lakeside No.1 project, this paper expounds the possible problems of water apron and analyses the quality problems, and puts forward the control measures.
