房屋建筑施工中的节能技术应用及效益分析

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,房地产建筑以每年新增20亿m2的速度飞速发展。建筑能耗已占全社会能耗量的32%以上,再加上每年建筑材料的生产能耗约为13%,建筑的总能耗已达全国能源总消耗量的45%,由此可见,建筑能耗在我国依然很严重。其中建筑门窗玻璃作为建筑物外围护结构中的重要组成部分,其对建筑节能有着非常大的影响,直接影响建筑物的整体节能效果和居住舒适度。因此,探讨建筑门窗玻璃的节能技术有着非常必要的现实意义。本文主要探讨液体玻璃膜在建筑门窗玻璃中的应用及对节能效益进行分析。 With the rapid development of China's economy, real estate construction is rapid development with an annual rate of 2billion square meters. Building energy consumption has accounted for more than 32% of the total social energy consumption, coupled with annual energy consumption of building materials is about 13%, the total energy consumption of buildings has reached 45% of the total energy consumption of China, thus, building energy consumption in China is still very serious. The glass doors and windows as an important part of the building envelope structure has a very large impact on building energy efficiency, directly affect the overall energy efficiency and occupant comfort of the building. Therefore, it is very necessary to discuss the energy saving technology of building glass doors and windows. This paper mainly discusses the application of liquid glass film in the building glass doors and windows and the analysis of the energy efficiency.
