摘要
钢-混凝土结合梁是在钢结构和混凝土结构基础上发展起来的一种新型结合梁结构。本文以成都北编组站跨高速公路的48m钢梁与钢筋混凝土板结合梁为例对钢筋混凝土道碴槽板预制和钢-混凝土结合梁拼装的工艺与质量控制进行了详细的介绍,保证了钢-混凝土结合梁施工及精度控制要求。
Steel-concrete composite beam is a new type of composite beam structure developed on the basis of steel structure and concrete structure. Taking the 48 m steel beam and reinforced concrete slab combined beam of Chengdu North Marshalling Station as an example, this paper introduces assembling process and quality control of reinforced concrete ballast slab precast and steel-concrete composite beam in detail, to ensure the construction and precision control requirements of steel-concrete composite beam.
