高校创业教育中胜任力培养的策略研究

Research on the Strategies of Competency Training in Entrepreneurship Education

创业通常被认为是商业化的一种创新行为,是影响经济增长的关键因素之一。本文以如何培养创业胜任力为研究对象,通过对创业胜任力的内涵阐述,厘清创业教学中教与学的关系,从而提出了MOOC平台教学、悦趣式教学、构建创业实践平台等策略提升大学生创业胜任力,为高校创业教育更好的培养创业人才做了一些有益的探索。

Entrepreneurship is generally considered to be commercialization of an innovative behavior, is one of the key factors that influence the economic growth. This paper studies how to cultivate entrepreneurial competence, expounds the connotation of entrepreneurial competency, clarify the relationship between teaching and learning in the entrepreneurship to put forward the strategies to enhance the entrepreneurial competency of college students, such as teaching by MOOC platform, fun style teaching, construction of entrepreneurial practice platform and so on. It has made some beneficial exploration for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in higher education.
