人文关怀视域下的现代高校教育管理研究

Research on Modern University Education Management from the Perspective of Humanistic Care

高校学生教育管理中注重人文关怀教育是践行科学发展观的本质和核心要求。本文从高校教育管理的视野上,分析了人文关怀在高校教育管理中的现状,并基于上述分析,阐述了将人文关怀思想融入到高校的日常教学管理、大学班级管理、师资管理、后勤物业中的具体策略,以期为当现代高效教育管理工作提供一点参考资料。

In the management of college students＇ education, humanistic care education is the essence and core requirements of scientific outlook on the development. This paper analyzes the current situation of humanistic care in university education management from the perspective of higher education management. And based on the above analysis, this paper expounds the specific strategies of making humanistic care into the daily teaching management, university class management, teacher management and logistics property to provide reference for the modern high education management.
