汽车电子技术专业是内蒙古机电职业技术学院国家骨干重点建设专业,经过多年的探索与实践,内蒙古机电职业技术学院引入内蒙古利丰汽车服务有限公司,双方经协商在学院建立内蒙古机电-利丰汽车维修技术中心(简称"维修中心"),实行"2+0.5+0.5"三段式校企育人机制,探索创建"学生→学徒→准员工→员工"四位一体的人才培养模式,学生在利丰公司、"维修中心"和实训室由师傅和专任教师指导完成维修技术初级工、中级工及高级工的学习。
Automotive electronics technology specialty is the national key construction specialty of Inner Mongolia Technical College of Mechanics and Electrics. After many years of exploration and practice, Inner Mongolia Lifeng Auto Service Co., Ltd. is introduced into Inner Mongolia Technical College of Mechanics and Electrics. The two sides negotiated the establishment of t Inner Mongolia Technical College of Mechanics and Electrics- Lifeng Auto Repair Technology Center(the "maintenance center" for short). "2 +0.5 +0.5" three section type school enterprise education mechanism is implemented. Four in one personnel training mode of "student →apprentice →prospective employee→employee" is constructed. Students complete the study of primary, intermediate and advanced workers' maintenance technology in Lifeng Company, the "maintenance center" and training room under the help of the master and full-time teachers.
