摘要
为研究住宅租金的影响因素,以武汉市住宅租赁市场为研究对象,使用2016年某房地产中介公司的住宅租赁数据,利用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行多元线性回归分析,得到了武汉市住宅租赁特征价格模型,通过模型的建立分析武汉市住宅租金构成的内在规律。
For the study of the influence factors of housing rent, housing rental market in Wuhan is taken as the research object. SPSS22.0 software is used to carry out the multiple linear regression analysis of the residential leasing data of a real estate intermediary company in 2016. Hedonic price model of housing rental in Wuhan is obtained. The intrinsic law of the housing rental in Wuhan is analyzed by establishing the model.
