Research on English Vocabulary Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools

词汇学习是英语教学和学习的前提、基础和重要组成部分。目前中职生在学习英语词汇时还存在一些问题,作为教师应该对此问题高度重视,在教学过程中应遵循词汇教学的原则和注意事项,注重词汇教学的技巧,使学生掌握科学有效的学习策略,形成良好的学习习惯,提高语言综合运用能力,为以后的学习和工作打下良好的基础。

Vocabulary learning is the premise, foundation and important part of English teaching and learning. At present, the secondary vocational school students have some problems in learning English vocabulary. The teachers should pay more attentions to these problems. In the teaching process, they should follow the vocabulary teaching principles and matters needing attention, pay attention to vocabulary teaching skills and make students to grasp scientific and effective learning strategies, form good habits of study, improve the comprehensive ability of using language, to lay a good foundation for the further study and work.
