特殊性土类地勘资料错误诱发桩基础工程费用索赔的应用研究

Cost Based on Special Soil Terrestrial Survey Data Errors Induced in the Pile Foundation Engineering Claims

工程实践证明,发包人提供有关土质条件的地勘资料是否符合实际情况,对桩基础工程能否顺利施工产生重大影响,进而会影响建设项目的总造价。本文拟以案例分析法总结出所有可能造成桩基础工程施工方案改变的特殊性土类地勘资料错误,通过土质条件改变前后施工方案的对比分析,计算由此给承包人带来的费用增加,最后用例证法对本文的费用索赔理论进行应用。

The engineering practice has proved that the employer provides geological survey data on soil condition is in line with the actual situation, which will have a significant impact on the smooth construction of pile foundation engineering, and thus will affect the total cost of construction projects. This article summarizes all special soil terrestrial survey data errors which may cause changes of pile foundation engineering construction schemes, and by comparing and analyzing the construction scheme before and after the change of soil conditions, calculates increased costs to the contractor. Finally, with case analyzing method, the expense claim theory is applied.
