对我国科研能力评价体系的探析

科研能力评价体系的好坏直接影响着科研环境,但目前我国科研评能力价体系中存在着重数轻质、政府行政干预、项目评审不合理等诸多问题,严重制约了科研事业的发展。要改变目前的情况,必须针对这些问题对科研能力评价体系做出改革,确保它能为我国科研事业的发展创造一个良好的环境。

The condition of scientific research ability evaluation system has directly impact the scientific research environment, but at present China＇s scientific research evaluation system exists so many problems, such as focusing on quantity rather than quality, government administrative intervention, unreasonable project evaluation and so on. Those problems seriously restrict the development of scientific research career. In order to change the present situation, it must reform scientific research ability evaluation system aiming at these problems, to ensure that it can create a good environment for the development of scientific research in China.
