摘要
树干涂白具有防寒、杀虫等作用,近年来,已经越来越普遍地应用到树木的管理养护中。传统的树木涂白工具主要依靠人力进行工作,为解决其工作效率低、劳动强度大并且人工费不断提高的问题,设计一种基于人机交互的树干智能涂白装置。装置由太阳能供电,推动把手通过万向轮驱动,利用滚珠丝杠带动机械手上下移动涂白,机械手方向控制转盘与滚珠丝杠和旋转轴相互配合,有利于倾斜弯曲树木的涂白。装置主要由控制与供能部分、涂白剂装盛部分以及机械手三大部分组成,具有结构简单、操作方便、清洁环保、稳定可靠等诸多优点。
Tree trunk whitewashing can prevent from coldness and insects and is more and more widely applied to the management and maintenance of trees in recent years. Traditional trunk whitewashing tools largely depend on manual handling. In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity and the increasingly improved labor fees, we designed a kind of man - machine in-teractive -based intelligent trunk whitewashing device. Device is supplied by solar power, and driven through the universal wheel by pushing the handle. The manipulator is driven by ball screw to paint white up and down. Combining with ball screw and rotating shaft, the manipulator direction controlling tumplate is beneficial to the whitewash the inclined curved trees. The device is mainly composed of control and energy supply part, white wash agent containing part and the manipulator, which has the advantages of simple structured, easy operating, environmentally friendly, stable and reliable and many other advantages.
