摘要 建立某款电动车侧面碰撞仿真模型,对仿真结果进行分析验证,采用正交试验的方法,把对影响车身侧碰性能的部件材料和厚度作为设计变量,将侧碰改进问题归纳成一个4因素3水平的优化问题,得出不同的设计方案,用后处理软件进行碰撞仿真分析,并运用极差分析法和矩阵权重分析法整理和分析试验结果,找到显著影响侧碰性能的部件,制定合适的改进方案,提升车身侧碰安全性。为改善左后车门前柱耐撞性,提高汽车侧面碰撞安全性能提供一定参考。 A new electric vehicle side impact simulation model was established and the simulation results were analyzed and vali-dated .The component material and thickness that have influence on the performance of side impact were used as the design variables to form an optimum problem with four factors and three levels based on the method of orthogonal experiment. The postprocessor was used for collision simulation analysis. Based on extreme difference analysis and matrix attribute weights analysis, the most effective component on side impact crashworthiness was identified. The improvement plan was proposed in order to enhance the performance of side collision by sorting and analyzing the test results. The study will provide references for the improvement of the crashworthiness of the left rear car door’s front pillar and vehicle side impact safety.
