城市饭店生态评价指标体系的构建及应用

Construction and Application of Ecological Evaluation Index System for Urban Hotels

科学的生态评价指标体系可为城市饭店的健康、持续发展提供依据。文章采用德尔菲法构建了1个目标层、5个指标层、20个要素层的生态饭店评价体系,通过层次分析法计算各指标相对权重,并评价了黄冈纽宾凯酒店的生态等级。结果表明,黄冈纽宾凯酒店为EE级(二级)生态饭店。所构建的生态评价指标体系科学、实用,可用于指导城市饭店的生态等级评定及可持续发展。

A scientific ecological evaluation index system can provide foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of urban hotels. The evaluation system with one target layer, five index layers, and twenty element layers was established by using Delphi technique. The analytic hierarchy process （AHP）was used to calculate relative weights of each index and to evaluate the ecological rank of Huanggang New Bea-con Hotel. The result shows that Huangang New Beacon Hotel is EE level （level two）ecological hotel. There-fore, the ecological evaluation index System constructed is scientific and practical, which can be used to guide ecological rating and sustainable development of urban hotel.
