摘要
贷款定价是中国银行的关键性运营策略之一,但中国银行的各级业务机构对贷款定价机理缺乏清晰的认识。贷款定价绩效受到多种因素的影响,实证性的研究揭示了中国银行贷款定价的行为机理,深化了对贷款定价的认识,为各级机构贷款定价策略的改进提供了理论借鉴。研究发现:客户信用评估和宏观政策识别两种策略的定价功能较为明显,专业人员培育和信息系统优化两种策略的功能处于一般性状态,而成本估算、市场定位、数据整合与资金监管四种策略缺乏相应的作用。可见,中国银行的贷款定价存在着较大的可拓展空间。
Loan pricing is one of the key operational strategies in Bank of China, while all levels of banking agencies lack a clear understanding on loan pricing mechanism. Loan pricing performance is affected by many factors, and empirical studies have revealed the loan pricing behavior mechanism of Bank of China. t deepens the understanding of loan pricing, and provides a theoretical reference for all levels of bank insti-utions to improve loan pricing strategy. It shows that customer's credit evaluation and macro-policies identi-ication play a significant role in promoting pricing mechanism stuff training and information system im-provement play a general role other strategies like cost estimation, market positioning, data integration and und supervision take no positive effect. It is visible that there is a large expansive space in loan pricing of Bank of China.
