四川乡镇初中英语骨干教师专业发展现状初探——以川东南地区为例

A Preliminary Study on Core English Teachers' Professional Development in Sichuan Township Middle Schools——A Case Study of Southeast Area of Sichuan

摘要 文章对2015年乐山师范学院"国培计划"——四川省乡镇中学骨干教师培训项目中,来自川东南地区28所乡镇中学的38名英语骨干教师的专业发展现状进行了初步的调查和分析。研究发现,当前我省川东南地区乡镇中学英语骨干教师专业发展面临着四个主要问题:(1)专业发展机会和渠道匮乏;(2)专业发展的激励机制不健全;(3)现有专业发展活动效率低;(4)教师自主发展意识薄弱。基于以上研究,结合乡镇中学实情,文章从教育部门、学校和教师三个层面提出了五点针对性建议和对策。 This paper preliminarily investigated and analyzed the current situation of professional development of 38 core English teachers from 28 township middle schools in southeast area of Sichuan, whowere chosen from 2015 “National Training Plan” in Leshan Normal University----Core Teachers' TrainingProject in Township Middle Schools of Sichuan Province. The study shows that there are four major problems in the current township middle school core English teachers' professional development in southeast area of Sichuan & ( 1 ) the lack of professional development opportunities and channels; (2) the imperfect ofincentive mechanism of professional development; (3) the low efficiency of current activities in professionaldevelopment; (4) the weak consciousness of teachers' self-development. Based on the survey above andcombined with the actual situation in township middle schools, this paper puts forward five specific suggestions from three aspects, including education department, schools and teachers.
