黄石智慧城市建设的思考

On Smart City Construction in Huangshi

"互联网+"是互联网融合传统行业并将其改造成具备互联网属性的新行业的一种方式,智慧城市理论是运用新一代信息技术对城市建设的各种需求做出智能响应的城市建设理论;二者的有机结合能够形成新的城市发展模式。文章认为充分利用我国互联网已经形成的比较优势,加速黄石智慧城市的建设,解决城市建设方面遇到的问题,关键是观念创新、科技创新、管理创新和模式创新。

＂ Internet plus＂ is a new way to transform traditional industry into a new one with the attributes of internet. Smart city is a city construction theory that applies the new generation information technology to respond to the diverse needs of city construction. The combination of ＂ Internet plus＂ and smart city theory can form a new mode of city development. The author of this paper puts forward that we can accelerate smart city construction in Huangshi by making full use of the comparative advantage of Internet to solve the problems in the city construction. And the keys in the smart city construction in Huangshi are concept innovation, science and technology innovation, management innovation and mode innovation.
