HBV基因组C基因分子生物学的研究进展

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)C基因包含前C区基因和C区基因,分别编码乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)和乙型肝炎核心抗原(HBcAg)。HBeAg参与免疫调节,并且是乙型肝炎传染性的标志之一。HBcAg是核衣壳的组成蛋白,在病毒颗粒的组装、成熟、诱导免疫反应以及致肝病、肝癌的分子机制中起着重要的作用。文章就HBV基因组C基因分子生物学的研究进展作一综述。 Hepatitis B virus(HBV)core gene contains preC and C region,coding HBV e antigen(HBeAg)and HBV core antigen(HBcAg),respectively.HBeAg is involved in immune regulation and used as a sign of HBV infection.HBcAg is an important component of nucleocapsid.It plays a critical role in the assembly and maturation of HBV virion,induction of immune response, and pathogenesis of liver diseases and hepatocarcinoma.This paper reviews the research progress in molecular biology of HBV genomic C gene.
