剪切角度对熔纺氨纶织物脱散性能的影响

Influence of Shearing Angles on Laddering Property of Melt-Spun Spandex Fabric

熔纺氨纶织物具有良好的防脱散性能, 不同的剪切角度对熔纺氨纶织物的脱散性有不同的影响.对热定型处理后的熔纺氨纶织物进行不同角度的剪切, 利用蔡司体式显微镜分别观察洗涤后及未洗涤织物布边的脱散状况.结果表明： 不同的剪切角度, 对熔纺氨纶织物脱散性能的影响不同,0°裁剪的布边最不易脱散, 随着裁剪角度的增大, 织物脱散程度逐渐变大, 至剪切角度为90°时, 织物毛边现象最严重, 最易脱散.

Mel- -Spun spandex fabric has good ladderproof property, and the different shearing angles havedifferent influence on the laddering property. Meltspun spandex fabrics were sheared with different angles afterheat setting treatment. The Zeiss microscope was used to observe the laddering of washed and non-washed melt-spun spandex fabrics. The resutt shows that different shearing angles have different effects on laddering property of mett-spun spandex fabric. tt is not easy to ladder when the shearing angle is 0. With the increase in the angle, it is easier to ladder. And the burr phenomenon is most serious when the angle is 90°.
