临床护理路径用于糖尿病性白内障患者中的护理效果分析

目的探讨分析临床护理路径用于糖尿病性白内障手术患者中的护理效果。方法选取深圳市眼科医院2013—2014年收治的60例糖尿病性白内障患者,将60例患者随机分为两组,实验组患者30例,对照组患者30例。实验组患者采用临床护理路径,对照组患者采用常规护理。调查两组患者的护理满意度,并发症发病率以及住院情况。两组进行统计分析,以P<0.05表示有统计学意义。结果实验组住院时间为(4.45±0.47)d,并发症发病率为23.67%,患者护理满意度为96.67%。对照组患者住院时间为(5.97±1.14)d,并发症发病率为80%,患者护理满意度为73.33%。实验组的各项指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05表示有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径用于糖尿病性白内障手术患者,能够提高患者对护理的满意度,减少患者并发症的发病率,缩短患者的住院时间,保证提高患者治疗效果和生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing path for nursing care of patients with diabetic cataract surgery effect. Methods Selection of 60 patients admitted in our hospital in 2013 to 2014 diabetic cataract patients, 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients with experimental group and control group 30 cases. The experimental group were treated by clinical nursing pathway, the control group were treated by routine nursing. Investigation of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, incidence of complications and hospitalization. The two groups were statistically analyzed to P 〈 0. 05 was statistically significant. Results The length of hospital stay （ 4. 45 ＋ 0. 47 ） days, the incidence of complications was 23. 67% , the patient care satisfaction was 96. 67% . Control group patients hospitalized time was （5. 97 ＋ 1. 14） days, incidence of complications was 80% , the patient care satisfaction was 73. 33%. The indicators of the experimental group was better than control group, P〈 0. 05 said statistically meaningful. Conclusion Clinical nursing path for patients with diabetic cataract surgery, can improve patients satisfaction of nursing, reduce the incidence of complications in patients with less, shorten the hospitalization time of patients and ensure to improve patient treatment effect and quality of life, is worth the clinical promoted application.
