身体意识培养路径的探索,是身体美学谱系解构和舒斯特曼身体美学体系建构的过程。通过查阅相关文献,呼唤身体回归与身体审美,解构身体美学谱系,追溯了西方身体美学历史进程中对自我关怀、身体审美内省、身心融合的研究。在此基础上,对舒斯特曼身体美学思想进行了阐释,并从实用和实践维度分析了建构舒斯特曼身体美学的体系几个方面:身体关注与自我关注,救赎身体反思,身体意识及其培养路径。
