体育赛事工程项目管理人员胜任素质模型的构建与应用研究

Construction and Application Research of Sports Events Engineering Project Administrator Competency Model

从体育赛事工程项目管理人员的胜任素质着手,探求其中的关键胜任素质,通过问卷调查收集并统计数据,基于SPSS探索性因素分析,得到9个关键胜任素质。基于层次分析法,构建出体育赛事工程项目管理人员胜任素质模型,通过案例对体育赛事工程项目管理人员胜任素质模型的应用进行验证研究,完成了体育赛事工程项目管理人员的模糊综合评判决策。该方法可以有效解决体育赛事工程项目全生命周期中,项目管理人员的胜任问题。

From the competency of the sports events engineering project administrator, to find the key for competency,collected through questionnaire survey and statistics, based on exploratory factor analysis of SPSS, get nine key competency.Based on analytic hierarchy process （ahp）, constructed the sports events engineering project administratorcompetency model, through the case study on sports events engineering project administrator competency model applicationvalidation study, completed the sports events engineering project administrator of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationdecision The method can effectively solve the sporting events in the whole life cycle of the engineering project,project administrator competency for the problem.
