县域草根足球的发展研究——以晋东南地区为例

Development of Grassroots Football in County——A case study of the Southeastern of Shanxi Province

随着中国足球改革方案的出台,草根足球的发展面临新的契机,以县域草根足球的发展为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等方法,深入晋东南地区跟踪草根足球俱乐部进行实际调研,研究分析在县域草根足球发展中存在足球观念认知、比赛赛事过少、场地经费短缺及人力资源不足等问题,分析问题提出三项实施对策:提升宣传转变观念、完善多层级草根赛事建设、建立"政府-草根足球俱乐部-校园"三维体系等。试图对当前县域草根足球的发展提供可借鉴的途径。
