浙江男子自由泳国内大赛后成绩与血乳酸的对比分析

Analyzing on Zhejiang Male Freestyle's BLA Level after Domestic Competitions

目的:1通过对全运会为一周期的周期内男子自由泳五个项目的血乳酸监控,分析不同项目间的能量代谢特点及训练的侧重点;2通过对该周期内男子自由泳比赛成绩及同一项目不同年份的血乳酸纵向分析,探讨其可能原因。方法:记录该周期内全国冠军赛、全国锦标赛、全运会浙江游泳运动员所有预决赛后的比赛成绩,以及在比赛完检录口取指血20ul,使用德国BIOSEN C-line EKF diagnostic全自动乳酸仪进行实时监控血乳酸水平。结果:1成绩均值:第四年、一周期与第一年比较,100m、200m、400m、1 500m成绩均具有显著或非常显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);第四年与第三年比较,1 500m成绩具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。2血乳酸均值:100m、200m、400m与50m自由泳比较,血乳酸具有非常显著性升高(P<0.01);400m与100m、200m自由泳比较,血乳酸具有非常显著性下降(P<0.01);1 500m与50m、100m、200m、400m自由泳比较,血乳酸均具有非常显著性下降(P<0.01)。结论:1不同距离自由泳比赛赛后血乳酸水平,以100m最高,200m次之,1 500m为最低。2在全运会年随着竞技能力达到最佳状态,比赛成绩均值为该周期的最佳状态,血乳酸均值也达到最高峰。

Results ： Average score：the forth year、four -year vs the first year, 100m、200m、400m、1500m’s score had very significant or significant higher（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01） ; The forth year vs the third year, 1500m’s score had very significant higher（P〈0. 01）;②mean blood lactic acid： 100m、200m、400m vs 50m freestyle,blood lactic acid had very significant higher（P〈0. 01）;400m vs 100m、200m freestyle, blood lactic acid had very significant higher（P〈0. 01） ; 1500m vs 50m、100m、200m、400m freestyle,blood lactic acid had very significant lower（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：After the competition blood lactatelevel is highest at 100m, the second at 200m,1500m is the lowest. In the national competiton, competitive abilityreached the highest, the average score reached the best condition, and the mean blood lactic acid also reached thehighest.
