弹力带抗阻健身操和广场舞对绝经后女性骨密度影响的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 探讨不同健身形式对绝经后女性骨代谢的影响。60名健康女性随机分成3组,每组20人(弹力带抗阻健身操组、广场舞组和对照组),进行6个月的运动干预。分别在实验前后测定所有受试者腰椎(L2-L4)、股骨颈、Wards三角及大转子的骨密度(BMD)。结果:弹力带抗阻练习组各方面BMD显著高于实验前,各部位BMD在抗阻训练后的增长幅度明显高于广场舞组和对照组;广场舞组各方面指标略有提升;对照组骨密度指标均显著下降。结论:弹力带抗阻练习的建骨效应明显,它是有氧运动与力量练习的有效融合,其效果独特,且安全、易操作,是中老年人健身建骨的首选运动方案。 The author tries to explore how different forms of fitness can have different impact on post -menopausewomen’s bone metabolism. Sixty healthy women are randomly divided into three groups, namely the group of resistancebodybuilding exercise with resilience belt, the group of square dance and the control group, as an effort to initiatea six -month exercise intervention The Bone Mineral Density (BMD) of L2 - L4 spine, femoral neck, Ward’striangle and greater trochanter will be determined before and after the experiment. Results : BMD of any part of bodyin the group of resistance exercise with resilience belt increases significantly and its increasing range is greater thanthat of the group of square dance and control group. The index in group of square dance has slight lift. The index ofBMD in control group drops significantly. Conclusion: the bone -building effect can be clearly observed after the resistanceexercise with resilience belt, which is the perfect combination of aerobic exercise and strength exercise. Thistype of exercise can be seen as the prime choice for the middle aged and elderly people's bone -building processthanks to its unique effect, high safety and easy operation
