摘要 随着对游泳的研究不断深入,出发阶段对比赛成绩影响的研究逐年增加。运动生物力学在出发阶段技术动作分析中起到重要作用,文章总结了大量国内外相关文献,从生物力学角度综述出发阶段的技术动作特征,并重点探讨出发前15m各个阶段之间肢体配合对竞赛成绩的影响。旨在加强教练员与运动员对出发阶段技术训练的重视,同时帮助运动员优化技术动作提供理论依据。 With the further study of swimming, researches about the effects of start stage on competitions are increasing.Techniques used at the start stage are closely related to study on sports biomechanics. This thesis has summarizeda large number of relevant documents, analyzed the sports features at the start stage from the point of view ofbiomechanics and discussed how the limb coordination at all stages will influence the results in the first 15 meters beforestarting up. The aim is not only to focus on the scientific and technological development of modern swimmingsports, but also to help athletes get better results by applying more proper technical movements.
