国学思想对现代体育养生的启示与价值研究——以儒家传统养生思想为例

研究目的:基于国学思想视域下,对儒家传统养生思想的内涵进行分析,探寻出其对现代养生的启示意义,从而体现出儒家养生思想的现代价值,旨在为现代养生的发展提供参考。研究方法:文献资料法、逻辑分析法。结果与结论:通过"主气论、阴阳说;动静论、中庸说;理欲观、五行说"为线索,牵引出儒家传统养生思想对现代养生的启示意义:对缺乏体力活动行为、饮食相关行为、物质、精神成瘾行为、心理健康及生活习惯相关行为的启示意义,从而探寻出儒家传统养生思想中劳逸有度、形神兼养、动静结合、身心和谐、理欲协调的现代价值。

The aims of study： based on the thought of Sinology to analyze the traditional Confucian Health Keeping？sconnotation and seek the inspiration for modern sports health keeping so as to it will embody the modern value of Confucianthoughts of keeping health and support a reference for Modern Health Keeping＇s development. Research methods：literature analysis method, logical analysis method. Results and conclusions： based on the Gasification TheoryStatic and Dynamic Theory, Initiative Theory which lead to the health -keeping. Traction out of the traditional Confucianhealth preserving thought of modern sports health implications： the lack of physical activity, dietary behavior,material, spirit of addiction, mental health and lifestyle related behavior of enlightenment, in order to explore traditionalConfucian health preserving thought Lao Yi have degree, and spirit raise, the combination of static and dynamic,physical and mental harmony, and desire to coordinate the modern value.
