基于ANP的城镇化基础设施项目可持续性评价

Evaluation of Sustainability of Urbanization Infrastructure Project Based on ANP

提高城镇化基础设施项目可持续性水平是全面提升我国城镇化质量的一个重要方面。文章通过文献总结和专家咨询,建立了城镇化基础设施项目可持续性评价指标体系;运用了网络层次分析方法(ANP)对城镇化基础设施项目可持续性进行综合评价,有效地解决了权重确定时由于因素之间相互关系复杂而不能准确表达关键因素信息的问题。最后通过算例验证了ANP评价模型的有效性,为改善项目可持续性提供具体的反馈信息,同时也为今后的项目实践提供借鉴。

Raising the level of urbanization infrastructure projectJ s sustainability is an important aspect to improve the qualityof urbanization in China. Through literature review and experts consultation, this paper establishes a sustainability evaluationindex system for infrastructure project. Because of the complexity of the interaction between the factors and the hardnessto give an accurate description of information that hide behind the key factors, it is hard to determine the weight of thekey factors. This paper successfully solves the problem by using Analytic Network Process（ ANP） when evaluating the sustainabilityof infrastructures. Finally, a numerical example is introduced to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ANP evaluationmodel. The method provides concrete feedback information when we improve project sustainability, and it also providesguide for future projectsJ practice.
